Hello... My name is Terry Weber, I’m a Realtor with the corporate office of Coldwell Banker Realty in West Bend, Wisconsin. I started in RE out in California back in the early 80s and then stepped away when interest rates went sky high reaching 18-21%. Since coming back into the industry I’ve recognized how much more complicated & regulated the whole industry has become. The other thing that has had a huge impact of course is technology and the web. All of this is sometimes good (even awesome at times) and sometimes not so much for buyers, sellers and Realtors. I’m starting this blog ‘Real… thoughts’ (real estate thoughts) as a place where I can share some thoughts and stories that are intended to help those of you that are either thinking of or currently in the process of buying or selling a property.
